Geoffrey has been CEO of Debono Group for 15 years.
Since joining the family business at age 21, Geoffrey has been committed to creating innovative solutions to address the current mobility challenges society faces.
He aims to see the business transition from selling cars to rides enabled by technology, reducing traffic congestion and pollution; thereby improving people’s quality of life.
His forward-thinking and successful business approach has earned him the title of “Outstanding Young Person Award for 2008’s Entrepreneurial accomplishment” in Malta from Junior Chamber International (JCI).
Geoffrey graduated from the University of Malta and the London Business School in Business and Entrepreneurship.
He is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO) and was selected to join at the age of 24, at the time making him one of the youngest members in the world.
He strongly believes that employees are the biggest asset of the company.
